Open house on Fish Hawk Road
Saturday, July 18, 4–6 p.m.: a walk through one of the two homes NHSH has built on Fish Hawk Road, the first of the South Shore Road homes.
NHSH opened the doors of one of its two new Fish Hawk Road homes on Saturday, July 18, from 4 to 6 p.m.
The homes are modular, built by KBS Builders in South Paris, the only modular manufacturer in Maine, and set on their foundations in June 2025. Going modular after the Covid-era cost spike is what kept the first two homes within reach: they sold on a sliding scale from $270,000 to $470,000 to year-round buyers chosen by public drawing.
Up to four more homes are planned on the remaining lots through 2027.
